With over 24 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant in public practice, including over 15 years of senior roles at Australian firms; Jahnvi’s professional background has included working with medium and large businesses, business owners and high net-worth individuals.
Jahnvi’s role at Whitson Medcraft & Associates is to provide certainty and peace of mind to her clients in relation to their business, superannuation, retirement and estate matters; with a focus on inter-generational wealth transfer, business succession and asset protection. Jahnvi works closely with her clients’ network of advisors including property advisors/lawyers, mortgage consultants, insurance consultants, estate lawyers and financial planners to ensure that the current business strategy, succession plan and estate plan aligns with her client’s personal and financial objectives.
Jahnvi has presented to CPA discussion groups on various topics in relation to estate planning and superannuation death benefit strategies. Jahnvi believes in collaboration and providing clarity to her clients and runs client discovery sessions on various technical and non technical topics.
Jahnvi has a passion for yoga, travelling, hiking and folk dancing. On the weekend Jahnvi either will be found using the skills gained in her diploma of Yoga and Meditation and spending time with her young family.

Having over 30 years of experience in private practice Andrew brings his extensive experience to your tax and accounting problems.
In his spare time Andrew relaxes with family and when he gets permission, he can be found on a golf course trying to sharpen his game.

Holding both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Professional Accounting (MPA), Param combines strong technical knowledge with a commercial mindset. He is committed to building lasting relationships based on trust, reliability, and genuine client care.
Whether assisting with tax compliance, financial reporting, or business matters, Param takes pride in delivering personalised advice that helps clients make informed decisions and achieve their financial goals.
Outside of work, Param is a proud father who values spending quality time with his family. He also enjoys playing and following cricket, as well as taking long drives and exploring new destinations.

In his spare time you'll find him hitting the basketball courts, soaking up nature or reading classic literature. A proud Sandgroper, he bleeds purple for the mighty Freo Dockers.

Selene is the Practice Administrator at Whitson Medcraft & Associates Pty Ltd and is often the first friendly face and voice clients encounter. She manages the firm's reception and main switchboard, ensuring every client enquiry is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care.
Passionate about delivering exceptional client service, Selene takes pride in creating a welcoming and well-organised environment for both clients and the team. She enjoys being part of a collaborative workplace where building positive relationships and supporting others are at the heart of what she does.
Outside the office, Selene enjoys staying active, exploring new interests, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Courtney Elaina
Administrative Assistant
With four years of experience in administration and nine years in customer service, Courtney brings a friendly approach and strong attention to detail to her role.
Working behind the scenes, she prepares client files and helps ensure everything is organised and prepared for appointments. She enjoys being part of a team that delivers a positive experience for clients.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys baking, checking out Melbourne's car scene, and spending time with the people closest to her.
